Payment is required upfront before design work begins. For standard packages, payment is taken at checkout. For bespoke projects, we issue an invoice payable by BACS transfer before the start date. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Our service is delivered entirely online, so we can work with clients anywhere. However, our sourcing network and trade accounts are primarily UK based. For international projects, we recommend a consultation call to discuss feasibility.
